SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time: 

Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Tracking numbers will be provided for every order.

Shipping Policy:

All packages after being processed can take 2 to 7 business days for delivery. The time frame does not include holidays and weekends. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified by email. So please verify you entered the correct address before finalizing your order. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to JouJou Hair Inc. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  JouJou Hair Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns Policy

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on used products. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
PLEASE select your products carefully!
If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
We will replace the entire product if the packaging is damaged during shipping.
Any unused products, that is damaged during shipping, should be returned after contacting our studio within 24 hours of delivery in order to receive instructions.  Products must be returned unused.
Only products purchased from JouJou Hair Inc. may be returned.
**Please note that All returns are subject to validation and approval at JouJou Hair Studio’s discretion.  Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.  It takes up to 30 days to process returns and you will ONLY receive a store credit/Gift Card.**

Please bring your packing slip in addition to the DAMAGED item(s) you are returning.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.
Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
We will replace the entire order if the packaging is damaged during shipping. Unused product should be returned after contacting our salon within 24 hours of delivery to receive return instructions. If your package arrives damaged, and products have spilled we will open a ticket with the carrier, and replace your damaged goods. Photos and or video are required showing the damaged product and spillage.
We use the upmost care with packaging your product in a professional manor. During shipping, especially in extreme cold or hot weather, it is common for containers to expand and contract slightly.  If this is the case, please contact us.

If you wish to return a damaged item(s) from your online order by mail, follow the steps below.

1. COMPLETE THE INVOICE FORM

Please fill out the “Return Section” of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order). If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

2. PACK IT

Place the completed invoice form inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

3. SHIP IT

For your convenience, we have provided an address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the address label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via insured FedEx or Canada Post Ground. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 416-255-4247. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
