Curb-side Pick up Days and Hours:
Wednesday & Friday Between 2 pm-7 pm.
Orders must be made 2 business days prior to pick up.
When arriving please call the salon phone line at (416)255-4247 and WAIT for JouJou staff to bring your package to the door.
Receipt and valid photo id must be presented to receive the package.
If you are sending a person in place of yourself please notify the salon with a name and phone number prior to pick up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on used products. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
